Welcome to Trovekrt.com ("Trovekrt", "we", "our", or "us"). Trovekrt is a multi-service digital platform that provides access to e-commerce, e-pharmacy, food delivery, and grocery shopping services from participating sellers and stores.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal information when you access or use our website, mobile application, and related services.

By using Trovekrt, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required by applicable law, we will obtain it separately.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the services you use, we may collect the following information:

A. Personal Information

• Name, mobile number, and email address.

• Profile picture, if you choose to add one.

• Billing and delivery addresses.

• Account login and authentication information, including details received when you sign in with your mobile number, Google, or Apple.

• Referral code, if you enter or share one.

B. Location Information

• Approximate or precise location, where permitted, to show nearby stores and products, confirm your delivery address, and track your order delivery.

• Location access is requested only when needed, and you can manage permissions through your device settings.

C. Order and Transaction Information

• Products purchased, food and grocery orders, order history, delivery preferences, and returns or refund requests.

• Cart contents, wallet balance and wallet transactions, subscription details, and ratings and reviews you submit.

• Payment status, transaction references, and billing information.

• Payment card or bank details are handled by the relevant payment provider according to its practices and applicable requirements. We do not store your full card details.

D. E-Pharmacy Information

• Prescription images, prescription details, medicine orders, and information required to fulfil pharmacy requests, where applicable.

• Such information is handled as sensitive information and shared only as necessary with authorized pharmacy partners, delivery providers, and other permitted parties.

E. Photos, Camera, and Microphone

• Photos taken with your camera or selected from your gallery, such as your profile picture, prescription images, and product request images.

• Camera access may also be used to scan product barcodes.

• Microphone and speech recognition access is used only for voice search, and only when you choose to use that feature.

F. Device and Technical Information

• Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, push notification token, diagnostic logs, crash reports, and usage information, collected by the app or its integrated services such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Cloud Messaging.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use your information to:

• Create and manage user accounts.

• Process orders, payments, deliveries, wallet transactions, subscriptions, and pharmacy requests.

• Connect customers with participating sellers, stores, pharmacies, and delivery personnel.

• Send order confirmations, delivery updates, service notifications, and important account messages, including push notifications.

• Respond to customer complaints, refund requests, and support inquiries.

• Operate our referral program.

• Prevent fraud, unauthorized access, misuse, and security incidents.

• Payment service providers: To process payments, refunds, and transaction verification.

• Technology and service providers: To support hosting, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, maps, communications, customer support, and security.

• Legal and regulatory authorities: Where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.

• Business successors: In connection with a merger, restructuring, acquisition, or transfer of business, subject to applicable law.

Information is shared only to the extent reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose or as otherwise permitted by law.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment gateways, banks, or other authorized providers, such as Stripe, Razorpay, and Paystack, as well as in-app purchase services provided by Google Play and the Apple App Store. Your payment transactions may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Trovekrt handles payment information according to its actual payment integrations and applicable legal requirements. Please do not share OTPs, passwords, or payment authentication credentials with anyone claiming to represent Trovekrt.

6. Location Permissions

Location access is used for selected features, including finding nearby stores and products, confirming your delivery address, and tracking your order on the map.

You can manage location permissions through your device settings. Disabling location access may affect features that depend on your location. Trovekrt does not collect your location in the background when the app is closed.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and certain integrated services may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, understand usage, and improve performance.

You may manage cookies through your browser settings where supported. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed, such as access controls, secure transmission, and monitoring where applicable.

You can request deletion of your Trovekrt account directly in the app by going to Profile and selecting Delete Account, or by contacting us at support@trovekrt.com.

We may verify requests where reasonably necessary and will delete the account and associated personal information in accordance with applicable law and the policies of Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Certain records may be retained where legally required or necessary for legitimate purposes permitted by law. We will explain applicable exceptions when responding to a request.

• Request correction or updating of inaccurate information.
